Delete your account

• Open the Profile tab.
• In Account, tap Delete account and confirm.
• If the app asks, sign in again first: for your security, recent sign-in is needed.

Sign in on the account page and choose Delete account.

Email mail@nightowls.com.np from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm within 30 days. You can also call +977 976-4398836.

• Your account: email address and sign-in method.
• Your backup: study plan, saved universities and tracked applications.
• Deadline reminder registrations for your devices.

This happens straight away and can't be undone. What is stored on your phone stays until you reset it in Profile or uninstall the app. Google may keep server logs for a short time under its own retention policy.
